State officials have requested that Bethany Day Care remain open to serve our community childcare needs, and adhering to the face covering & other NM Covid-19 Safe Practices Requirements.
So, it is our intention to continue safely providing this care to as many children as we are able. For questions, please call us at (505) 722-5433 or use the contact form below.
Bethany Day Care
Bethany Day Care Center is located on the lower level of Bethany Church. It is open Monday through Friday and provides quality Christian care for children ages 2 to 5 who are fully potty trained.
Bethany Day Care opened in 1979, and has been providing quality child care to the Gallup community ever since. We are currently the only Level 4 daycare program in Gallup, as determined by state standards for staffing, curriculum, and equipment.
Our Day Care Center is distinctively Christian. There are Christian prayers, stories and songs, and also Christian staff members. Our practice has always been to give preference in admission to children of single parents and low-income families. We consistently have 30-50% of our children in these categories.
We give thanks to God for all who have contributed time and money to the Day Care Center over the years, and we pray that God will continue to bless this very vital ministry to the Gallup community.
Bethany Day Care Mission Statement
Bethany Day Care is a nonprofit, Christian institution founded by Bethany Christian Reformed Church. We welcome preschool age children of all backgrounds, recognizing that each child’s unique culture, heritage, language, beliefs and family circumstances are an important part of who each child is. We believe that the early years hold enormous promise for every child and that each child and their family deserve access to appropriate services and support. It is our mission to provide high quality early childhood care to these families and young children within our Christian community.
